200 Gb/s SR4 in QSFP56 — 850 nm VCSEL, 100 m OM4 over OM3 / OM4 multimode. Vendor-coded and traffic-tested on a live switch before shipment.
HDR-class 200G over multimode, and a clean 4×50G breakout source for server access.
Built to IEEE 802.3cd 200GBASE-SR4 / InfiniBand HDR, this module presents a MPO-12/UPC optical interface and runs over OM3 / OM4 multimode. Every unit is programmed to your platform's vendor coding, powered up on a live switch and traffic-tested end-to-end before it is packed — so it links up on first insertion rather than throwing an “unsupported transceiver” message at 2 a.m.
Full DDM/DOM telemetry is implemented, so per-lane transmit and receive power, laser bias and case temperature are readable live from your NOS. Modules are serialized, individually bagged with dust caps, and covered by a 3-year warranty. OEM/ODM labelling and custom EEPROM profiles are available on request.

How to read this table. 200G QSFP56 SR4 100m Optical Transceiver is an FOT-manufactured module built to IEEE 802.3cd 200GBASE-SR4 / InfiniBand HDR. The part numbers above identify the OEM optics it is designed to function in place of; they are listed for compatibility reference only and remain the trademarks of their respective owners. This is not an OEM-branded product. Send us your platform and software version and we programme and traffic-test to match it.

Need a wavelength, channel or coding that is not listed? Custom builds ship in 5–7 days — note it on your RFQ.
Every module is EEPROM-programmed at the factory to the vendor coding you specify, so the host recognises it natively — no “unsupported transceiver” warnings and no console workarounds. Mixed coding (a different vendor at each end) is available for inter-vendor links.
Every module is linked on a live switch and BER-verified end-to-end before packing.
Serial number links to the test record, coding profile and production batch.
Qualify the module on your own platform before committing to a volume order.
Individually bagged with dust caps and ESD protection, packed in export cartons.
High-radix switching fabrics where port density and power per bit decide the design.
Rail-optimised accelerator fabrics running InfiniBand or RoCE at scale.
Campus backbone and data-centre interconnect over leased or owned dark fibre.
Core uplinks, SAN fabrics and aggregation for campus and enterprise networks.
Yes. This is a third-party module built to the same IEEE 802.3cd 200GBASE-SR4 / InfiniBand HDR specification and EEPROM-coded so the host reads it as a supported optic. It is offered as a functional equivalent to MMA1T00-VS — it is an FOT module, not an OEM-branded part. Tell us the exact switch model and software version on your RFQ and we code and traffic-test against that platform before shipping.
This module is specified to 100 m OM4. Real-world reach depends on your channel loss budget — every mated connector pair costs roughly 0.3 dB and every splice about 0.1 dB. Measure the installed channel rather than assuming the map distance, and keep 2–3 dB of margin for ageing and future repairs.
Single-mode parallel interfaces are APC (angled, green) and multimode are normally UPC. Polarity follows your cabling system convention — Type B is the usual choice for a straight port-to-port link. Our MPO polarity guide covers the whole scheme, and we can build trunks and harnesses to match.
Yes. The optic and the cable are passive to that decision — the lane grouping is set in the switch OS, and on most platforms a port cannot be re-aggregated without a reload. Decide the breakout ratio before you cable, not after.
Yes. We program the EEPROM at manufacture for NVIDIA/Mellanox, Cisco, Arista, Juniper, Huawei, HPE, Dell, Extreme and generic MSA. Specify the platform on your RFQ; mixed coding (a different vendor at each end) is routine for inter-vendor links.
Free samples are available so you can qualify the module in your own environment before committing to volume. Per-order test reports are supplied on request, and sample reports can be provided for tender documentation.
Tell us the platform and the quantity. An engineer checks the part against your switch and software version before quoting — if it will not work, we say so.
Goes to our engineers and the quotation desk together. Replies come from sales@topnetsystem.com, usually within one working day.
