Product Overview

The angled-boot LC duplex cord solves the door-won't-close problem of ultra-high-density enclosures: its 45° boot routes the cable straight down the cable manager instead of straight out, cutting the required front clearance by more than half while protecting the fiber's bend radius.

Available across the full laser-optimized multimode range — aqua OM3, violet (Erika) OM4 and lime-green OM5 for SWDM — click the fiber options to see each version. The wideband OM5 build supports 40G/100G SWDM4 on just two fibers.

Factory-terminated with premium zirconia ferrules, ≤0.3 dB insertion loss, and 100% IL/RL testing; uniboot and pull-tab variants available for the tightest panels.

Frequently Asked Questions

When do angled-boot cords beat standard LC jumpers?

Whenever panel depth or door clearance is tight — angled boots drop the cable immediately downward, so 1U panels stacked with sliding trays and shallow wall boxes close cleanly without bending fiber past its radius.

What is the difference between UPC and APC polish?

UPC connectors have a domed end-face giving return loss ≥50 dB — ideal for most Ethernet and data links. APC connectors are polished at an 8° angle for ≥60 dB return loss, preferred for PON/CATV, RF-over-fiber and other reflection-sensitive systems.

Are the patch cords tested before shipment?

Every assembly undergoes 100% optical inspection plus insertion- and return-loss testing to IEC, TIA/EIA and Telcordia standards. Test reports are available on request.

Can length, color, jacket and connectors be customized?

Yes — length, jacket color and material (PVC / LSZH / OFNP / OFNR), cable diameter (0.9 / 2.0 / 3.0 mm) and any connector combination are OEM/ODM customizable.

What are your MOQ and lead time?

Standard configurations ship in 3–7 days with flexible MOQ. Custom OEM/ODM runs are quoted per project — send us your specs for a fast quotation.
