Product Overview

The LC-LC fanout (breakout) patch cord consolidates 4 to 24 fibers into one protected trunk that fans out to individual LC legs at each end — replacing a bundle of simplex jumpers with a single organized assembly that installs faster and routes cleaner.

Each leg is individually terminated and tested to the same ≤0.3 dB insertion-loss standard, with staggered or even-length breakouts, custom leg lengths and label schemes built to your rack plan. Branch diameters of 2.0/3.0 mm suit both patching and riser use.

Ideal for ODF-to-equipment cabling, backbone distribution and any application where fiber count is climbing but panel space and installation time are not.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can leg lengths and labeling be customized on fanout assemblies?

Yes — staggered leg lengths, per-leg color coding and printed label schemes are standard OEM options, so the assembly drops straight into your rack plan without on-site sorting.

What is the difference between UPC and APC polish?

UPC connectors have a domed end-face giving return loss ≥50 dB — ideal for most Ethernet and data links. APC connectors are polished at an 8° angle for ≥60 dB return loss, preferred for PON/CATV, RF-over-fiber and other reflection-sensitive systems.

Are the patch cords tested before shipment?

Every assembly undergoes 100% optical inspection plus insertion- and return-loss testing to IEC, TIA/EIA and Telcordia standards. Test reports are available on request.

Can length, color, jacket and connectors be customized?

Yes — length, jacket color and material (PVC / LSZH / OFNP / OFNR), cable diameter (0.9 / 2.0 / 3.0 mm) and any connector combination are OEM/ODM customizable.

What are your MOQ and lead time?

Standard configurations ship in 3–7 days with flexible MOQ. Custom OEM/ODM runs are quoted per project — send us your specs for a fast quotation.
